Delectable Sous Vide Salmon Special ~ 6 Servings

Summer is coming to an end, and the time is right for easy seafood dining. Our delectable sous-vide salmon arrives frozen. Reheat add our Soy Beurre Blanc Sauce for fine dining at home.  

• Grilled Salmon: We source the finest Atlantic salmon and then trim it to remove the skin and any pesky pin bones. We season each fillet simply with oil and salt, then add the fish to the grill to achieve gorgeous grill marks and a light smoky flavor. Finally, we sous vide each filet to the perfect tenderness - six 5oz filets. 

• Soy Beurre Blanc Sauce: A delicate French butter sauce with an Asian twist. Soy’s umami adds complexity and depth of flavor, amounting to the perfect finish to any fish, chicken, or steamed vegetable. One 30oz pouch – approximately 15 servings.
