- For the Spiced Grand Marnier: Combine all the ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal. Cook sous vide in the water bath for 60 minutes at 65 ˚C.
- For the Grand 65: Shake all the ingredients together with ice and top with Champagne, in a flute glass.
This cocktail is a twist on the French 75. The name refers to 65th street, where Daniel restaurant is located, as well as Grand Marnier.
