Grand 65 Cocktail

A Twist on the Classic French 75


Grand 65
  • 1.5 oz Cinnamon, vanilla, star anise sous-vide infused Grand Marnier  
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Cryoconcentration  
  • 2 oz Champagne  
  • 2 Dashes of angostura bitters  
  • Pineapple chip garnish

Spiced Grand Marnier (sous vide infusion)
  • 750 ml Grand Marnier cordon rouge
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, 1 vanilla bean opened, 2 star anise 


  1. For the Spiced Grand Marnier: Combine all the ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal. Cook sous vide in the water bath for 60 minutes at 65 ˚C. 
  2. For the Grand 65: Shake all the ingredients together with ice and top with Champagne, in a flute glass.  

This cocktail is a twist on the French 75. The name refers to 65th street, where Daniel restaurant is located, as well as Grand Marnier.
