A Modern Mix for the Manhattan

INGREDIENTS


Manhattan Park
  • 2 oz Russell’s reserve Rye  
  • 0.75 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge 
  • 0.75 oz Cacao nibs sous-vide infused sweet vermouth  
  • 0.18 oz Coffee Cryoconcentration 
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitter  
  • Orange twist garnish

Cacao Infused Sweet Vermouth (sous vide infusion)
  • 750 ml Rosso vermouth 
  • 30g Cacao nibs 


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. For the Cacao Infused Sweet Vermouth: Combine all the ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal. Cook sous vide in the water bath for 60 minutes at 65 ˚C. 
  2. For the Manhattan Park: Stir all the ingredients with ice, served straight up in a coupe glass.
