A Modern Mix for the Manhattan
INGREDIENTS
Manhattan Park
2 oz Russell’s reserve Rye
0.75 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
0.75 oz Cacao nibs sous-vide infused sweet vermouth
0.18 oz Coffee Cryoconcentration
2 dashes of angostura bitter
Orange twist garnish
Cacao Infused Sweet Vermouth (sous vide infusion)
750 ml Rosso vermouth
30g Cacao nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Cacao Infused Sweet Vermouth: Combine all the ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal. Cook sous vide in the water bath for 60 minutes at 65 ˚C.
For the Manhattan Park: Stir all the ingredients with ice, served straight up in a coupe glass.
