- 1 pouch Cuisine Solutions Vegan Chili
- 8 oz Chihuahua cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 8 oz Oaxaca cheese (or Mozzarella)
- 2 roasted poblano chiles (or bell peppers)
- 4 oz cilantro
- 1 white onion, diced
- Tortilla chips
- Tequila
- Preheat oven with a cazuela, ramekin, or other shallow oven-safe dish inside to 375ºF, and warm chili in a sauce pan on the stovetop.
- Spoon or ladle warm chili into hot cazuela about halfway up the side.
- Add cheese mix on top of chili and return to oven for 5 -10 minutes until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
- Remove from oven and serve.
