Short Rib Kebabs


Gather your friends and fire up the grill! These sous-vide short rib kebabs with savory marinated vegetables will steal the spotlight at any backyard barbeque.


  • 1 Short Rib, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 Green Pepper, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 Zucchini, ¼ inch sliced
  • 1 Squash, ¼ inch sliced
  • 8 Wood Skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes

Directions Serves 4 (2 skewers per serving)

  1. Mix all the components to make the marinade.
  2. Combine all the vegetables and toss with the marinade, let sit for 8-10 minutes.
  3. To assemble the kebabs, start by placing a green pepper, followed by short rib, zucchini, onion, short rib, squash, onion, short rib, and top it with a cherry tomato.
  4. Place over hot grill and remove once you get a nice light char on each side of the skewer.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
