We lightly season and sear each breast for a lightly smoky flavor before slow-cooking to the perfect, juicy temperature. We finish the chicken with a tangy adobe sauce made with tomatoes, chipotle peppers, vinegar, garlic, and paprika. An excellent choice for feeding—and impressing—a larger crowd.
