Mark Miller’s barbacoa was a delicious dish but the prep time was a little long. The wag you brisket was tender and the polenta was creamy and delicious. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the prep time.
This is a scrumptious meal that my entire family devoured. The flavors perfectly complement each other. The creamy polenta is to die for, the meat is melt-in-your mouth tender, and the red pepper sauce provides just the right kick, without any hint of acidity. I added roasted squash and other vegetables on the side to mimic the picture. The portions were generous. One bundle provided 12 individual servings. We will definitely order this bundle again.
