Sauce is great. Lamb is fantastic
We bought this for the first time last month. I can unhesitatingly recommend it. The lamb is tender and moist. The sauce is amazingly flavorful. It doesn’t look like there is much sauce in the package, but once oven baked, there was plenty. It was superb with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Although the nutritional information gives values based on one shank between 2 people, that would be a pretty small portion. We had no trouble finishing a whole shank each, although they do vary a bit in size, so if you want a smaller portion, chances are you can select one. Utterly delicious, thank you Cuisine Solutions!
The sauce is rich and the meat is tender, If you want a variation on this try heating it in a base red sauce for pasta like buccatini with some diced fennel (anist). The sauce blends perfectly with any red sauce you make. It's a very fast pasta con stincho.
