very tender, sliced easily - less flavor than we expected as a stand alone item, better with a thickened gravy or layered with avacado mild horseradish or your favorite toppings. the entire brisket cuts and is edible - no bone / fat.
I have bought these several times and they are constantly great serve just as you slice it or slice and smother with a quality barbeque sauce,I use sweet baby Ray's excellent.
