Garlic Confit & Polenta Cake ~ 9 Servings (per pouch)

I adore that these are individually wrapped so I can use just what I need to when I want! They hold up great in the freezer and are a perfect compliment to the Cuisine Solutions Osso Bucco or Lamb Shank. I’ve also used them as a side to bun-less sloppy joes! The garlic flavor is not over powering and these little cakes are so creamy and Lucious! A fantastic substitution for mashed potatoes! I’m definitely hooked.

These are very tasty polenta cakes, easily enhanced w flavor toppings that look elegant when served. Love them.

Brought several Sous-Vide meals on a houseboat for the weekend. Preparation was easy, food tasted great and very little to clean up.

Delicious flavor but I was afraid of drying out trying to make crispy on outside. I defrosted first, so maybe next time I will try from frozen state. I would buy again.
