  • 72 Hour Short Ribs: The quintessential sous vide dish. Our premium short rib is slow-cooked in its own juices for 72 hours, resulting in an extraordinarily moist, highly flavorful meat. High in protein and iron. One approximately 2 lb. pouch (serves 4-6).
  • Creamy Polenta: We’ve done the endless stirring for you. Creamy, decadent, and kissed with Parmesan cheese, our polenta is the perfect pairing for our short ribs. An added bonus? It’s gluten-free and high in protein. One 4.75 lb. pouch (serves 10).
  • Port Wine Sauce: This classic sauce is the meal’s ideal finishing touch. We make ours by slowly reducing port wine into a glossy, rich demi-glace. One 32 oz. pouch (serves 8-12).
