It’s easy to achieve the perfect cooked temperature, flavor, and texture with our prepared salmon fillets. First, we source the finest Atlantic salmon and then trim it to remove the skin and any pesky pin bones. We season each fillet simply with oil and salt, then add the fish to the grill to achieve gorgeous grill marks and a light smoky flavor. Finally, we sous vide each filet to the perfect tenderness.

Excellent Salmon

Easy to prepare/heat and it tasted great and looked great. Ideal portion size with perfect grill scoring.

Easy and delish


Tasty. However the microwave time of 3-4 minutes per side was too long. The salmon came out dry and grainy. At 1.5 minutes per side it was perfect and delicious.

I couldn't be happier with the salmon from Cuisine Solutions. I ordered a whole case of them. It is tasty, moist and delicious, always the exact perfectly cooked piece! I do wish they came in individually sealed packs, rather than 6 to a pouch. But overall, very pleased!
