First, we source the finest Atlantic salmon and then trim it to remove the skin and any pesky pin bones. We season each fillet simply with oil and salt, then add the fish to the grill to achieve gorgeous grill marks and a light smoky flavor. Finally, we sous vide each filet to the perfect tenderness.

Tasty. However the microwave time of 3-4 minutes per side was too long. The salmon came out dry and grainy. At 1.5 minutes per side it was perfect and delicious.
