We could not have been more pleased with the taste, texture and flavors of these delicious short ribs. They sounded appealing before trying and they achieved high, high marks.
This is the first time ordering this item and I have already ordered more because it truly was AMAZING!. The tender, moist Short Ribs went really well with the cauliflower mash that I had already in my freezer from Cuisine Solutions. I highly recommend this, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best beef we ever had
Together with some rice, each of these hefty pieces of beef really is enough. The flavor is robust and complex without being overpowering. The package is too large for us, but it's possible to cut it in half (or quarters) with kitchen shears and save some (or most) frozen for later.
