Served these at Super Bowl and were a hit. Had leftovers that were still wonderful the next day.
These are quite delicious and they're so easy to make. I cook 2 from frozen state in the microwave in microwave cookware for 5 and a half minutes. I used the recommended time of 9 minutes but it came out dry and overcooked, so I adjusted the time down based on other items I cook from frozen state. Perfect every time with the adjustment for only cooking 2 at a time. Maybe if you cook all 8 short ribs at once it will take 9 minutes as stated. It doesn't state for how many it takes the 9 minutes, so that point needed clarification. You will really love these short ribs with the flavorful juices over them and the portions are plenty. A real keeper like so many of Cuisine Solutions gourmet products!
We served it over a bed of brown rice, and made some Pillsbury biscuits (to soak up the gravy) to serve with it. A very nice Spanish wine with 15% Alcohol content and “LaDolce Vita Soup (made in France) by Janine & Jeff made this a⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ dinner at home for a fraction of the price of a so-called “fine dining” restaurant.
